Rental Rates

The idea of #HangOutz came to fruition with the teens solely at heart. Providing a sort of cultural arts facility for our local adolescence to socialize, hang out or even showcase their talents or products. Thanks to COVID 19 we have found ourselves taking advantage of pivoting our business model to accommodate small Adult events (Alcohol and Non-Alcohol).

PRIVATE PARTY

We also offer all-inclusive rental packages with not only access to the facility but these packages take out a lot of the additional work needed to have a successful event. Our packages are the most affordable packages for an event space in the area. Some of our rental packages include LIVE DJ, GAME LOUNGE, SECURITY (if required), HIGH-QUALITY SOUND SYSTEM, LIGHTING, and VIP SEATING already in place for your event. On-Stage VIP sections can hold 8-15 patrons comfortably (depending on the size of the individuals). We also have a sizeable Game Lounge that can hold up to 20 guests. The Game Lounge can be converted to a larger VIP room.

PRICING

PRIVATE PARTIES – Our packages range from $650-$1,200 depending on the number of features you may need to add and a few other determinates. Rental rates during the workweek (Monday – Thursday) evenings start at $250 for 4 hours. Our teen private party packages start at only $650 (Game Lounge included).

PUBLIC PARTIES – We host a series of public parties where our elite followers come and HangOut with us on Friday nights throughout the month. We offer VIP SECTION reservations for parties of 10-15 guests during these Public Parties. VIP Sections are perfect for parents that want to be less involved in the event planning and don’t want to break the bank. These events are strictly for High School aged teens. Sorry parents and baby siblings cannot partake in these events.

DJ/MUSIC

Our top-rated DJs’ pricing range from $200-$300 for 4 hours. We do outsource our DJs so pricing is dependent on availability. If you have your own DJ you want to bring that is not a problem he/she can plug into our stationed speakers for a small fee. Our catalog of DJs ranges in age from High School aged students to college students and event seasoned vets. And All have a very diverse ear for music so there’s a 99.99% chance they have the song you want to hear.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS

We do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into #HangOutz during our Public events. Our concession stand is open and ready to serve our teenage patrons during these events. However, outside food and drinks are permitted for Private party clients. A non-refundable damage fee may apply to rental pricing. This fee is to offset the revenue loss from shutting down our concession stand during private events and for damages. Check out our partnering catering companies on our Affiliates page. The cost to cater will be the responsibility of the renters and not #HangOutz. Caters must be certified, insured, and possess the proper business licenses to conduct business in Lawrenceville, GA in the unique case that outside food is approved to be brought into the facility. Food warmers trays may be available to use.

WRISTBANDS/ GUESTLIST

Wristbands can be provided for your event if necessary to keep up with RSVP’d guests. We also can provide a unique RSVP Keyword that allows your guests to text “Keyword” to our exclusive member’s phone number. Please ask management for the setup process.
